By far our darkest roast, West Coast is an homage to the late Alfred Peet, founder of Peet's Coffee and Tea. Legend has it that in the 60's and 70's when Alfred's brand was catching on, other roasters had a difficult time convincing their clients in the San Francisco Bay area that their coffees were high quality unless they were roasted dark like Peet's.

West Coast is a very rich, darkly roasted coffee with thick mouthfeel and an interplay of chocolate and roast-driven flavors. A favorite among our wholesale clients, West Coast is best enjoyed as a drip coffee or French press with a bit of cream.

All orders placed by 5am PST will roast and ship the same business day. All orders placed after 5am PST will roast and ship the following business day.
