We're calling this blend the "Guatemala Peaberry Plus" because its a blend of Guatemala Antigua La Flor flat-bean and peaberry coffees from La Minita. It makes an excellent cold brew as some of you may already know. This is exactly the same blend that we are using in our bottled cold brew. Select the cold brew grind option if you need it ground for cold brew.
- Mix 8 ounces of medium ground coffee to 72 ounces of clean filtered water.
- Let sit for 18-24 hours.
- Filter out the grounds.
- Dilute with more filtered water to 1/1 ratio of concentrate to water.
- Chill and enjoy!
